For a one night stay the location and facilities were good.
Staff were very welcoming.
I didn't have breakfast as the restaurant was too busy and very noisy.

Surpassed my expectations - a central but tranquil location with a gorgeous pool and gardens.
The hotel is like an oasis amid the madness of Benidorm! It's within easy walking distance of the beach, shops and all the bars and clubs in the English quarter but it's beautifully quiet, set in its own tranquil gardens with a gorgeous pool. I loved the aqua dance class and I also enjoyed being one of the very few Britis there. The vast majority of guests were Spanish.

Lovely poolside area plenty of sunbeds and shade. Mix of grass with palm trees and concrete areas.

All perfect accept for the rude staff at the front of house and the WIFI speed was terrible
i paid for breakfast but i didnt go for breakfast because I didnt feel well. The hotel is lovely, in a great location, good value for money. It was very quiet and peaceful. Very clean. Great hotel. The chambermaid staff were polite. Nice warm blankets for the bed. Nice guests who stay here, very nice people. I met friends with guests in the elevator who helped me to find the bar I was going to that evening.
the reception staff were very rude. The WIFI speed was terrible and I could not work digitally from my hotel room because the wifi speed was so slow. The safe was too small to fit my laptop inside of it.
